Affiliate Update:

A major upgrade to our commission engine is affecting our Affiliate's displayed data and our Affiliate e-mail reporting system. 

All records and commission information are safe and secure.  There is no data loss!  We have everything in order. Unfortunately it is displaying and e-mailing incorrectly in the Affiliates management program.

We have, in our audits found orders being e-mailed to two affiliates simultaneously reporting commissions and sales.   It may have also reflected this data to both the correct affiliate as well as the affiliate who was not part of the program. 

We will have all this sorted out shortly.  Whether you received the correct or duplicate e-mail, rest assured we are resolving the issue and that any commissions due to you will be paid as always!

We have our Developers and accounting staff working full time on this so as to reduce any inconvenience.

We will return the normal management view of affiliate program data and reports as soon as we are finished.
